Frequently Asked Questions

No. SurgeRoot sells directly to end consumers via major online marketplaces like Amazon. We do not wholesale or redistribute to other retailers. Our model is B2C marketplace retail, powered by B2B sourcing from authorized distributors.
We fulfill orders primarily within the United States through Amazon FBA and trusted prep centers. All inventory is stored in US-based fulfillment facilities with returns handled domestically.
Every product we receive is cross-referenced against our purchase order and the distributor's invoice. We verify UPC/GTIN codes, check packaging integrity, and maintain a complete paper trail from distributor to customer. We only source from verified, authorized distributors — never from retail arbitrage, liquidation, or grey-market channels.

Regional Home Goods Brand — Stabilized Amazon Presence and 3x Monthly Orders

Within 90 days SurgeRoot increased weekly reorder frequency and stabilized MAP pricing, resulting in a 2.5x increase in distributor reorder velocity.

Background

HomeEase (fictional sample brand) is a mid-size US home goods brand experiencing MAP violations from unknown sellers.

Objective

Help the brand regain controlled marketplace presence and establish steady, compliant retail demand.

Approach

  • Verified brand's authorized distributor list with brand rep.
  • Opened an account, purchased initial test lot of 40 units.
  • Monitored Keepa and Buy Box behavior for 30 days and adjusted pricing strategy to align with MAP.
  • Implemented consistent replenishment cadence and shared weekly sales reports with the brand.

Results

  • Initial order sold at target velocity and price within 30 days.
  • Buy Box win rate stabilized; Amazon did not enter the listing.
  • Weekly reorder frequency increased from ad hoc to consistent 2x per week.
  • Distributor increased allocation to SurgeRoot.

Working with SurgeRoot was smooth from day one. They provided clear documentation and respected our listing rules. The steady reorder cadence helped us forecast production.
