Required Documents
- Business email from company domain
- Company name and legal entity (W9 name)
- Valid Resale Certificate (PDF)
- W9 Form (PDF)
- Company website
- State of registration
- Primary contact name and phone
Optional but Recommended
- References or purchase order history (PDF)
- Target brands you distribute
- Estimated monthly purchase volume
Process Timeline
- Step 1: Complete the Distributor Application online.
- Step 2: Our team reviews submitted documents (3–7 business days).
- Step 3: If approved, receive portal access credentials.
- Step 4: Place your first order.
Requirements
- Files must be PDF format, max 5MB each.
- Business email required (no Gmail/Hotmail for primary contact).
- Agreement to MAP and channel policies.
- EIN reference available upon request (redacted for public documents).
